Processing Time

All standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after 2 PM EST with expedited shipping will be processed the next business day.

Please note:

  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays, and carriers also do not deliver on these days.

  • Processing time does not include delivery time.

Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 (after discounts are applied).

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen factors beyond our control.


Guaranteed Delivery

We do not guarantee delivery times for Standard or Priority Shipping.
Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors outside our control are not eligible for shipping refunds.


International Orders

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States.
If international shipping becomes available, delivery times and rates will vary based on destination and customs clearance.

Any customs duties, taxes, or fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for customs delays or additional fees once the order leaves the U.S.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your confirmation email.


Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages due to item availability or fulfillment locations.
If this occurs, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each package.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If a package is delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.


Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to start an investigation.

We recommend having your order shipped to a secure location to avoid issues with delivery.


Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the original shipping cost will be deducted from any refund issued.
