Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re happy to help. Please review our return policy below before initiating your return.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or store credit, provided that:
- Items are unworn, unwashed, and free of blemishes, odors, or damage
- Original tags and packaging are intact
- Items are in resellable condition
Any items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and donated, as we cannot resell them.
We do not accept returns for:
- Items marked Final Sale
- Items not sold by our company
- Items received in non-original condition
Return Options
1. Store Credit – Free Return Label
Perfect if you know you’ll shop with us again soon!
Choose this option to receive store credit for the value of your return. We’ll provide a free return label and process your store credit once we receive and inspect your item(s).
2. Refund – Handling Fee for Return Label
If you’d like a refund to your original payment method, a handling fee will be deducted to cover the cost of the return label.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only.
Please note: Original shipping charges from your initial order are non-refundable.

Processing Time
Returns are processed within 2–7 business days after your return package is received at our facility.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund or store credit has been processed.
Important Information
Each order must have its own return submission. If you’re returning items from multiple orders, please create separate returns for each one.
We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns in cases of excessive, fraudulent, or abusive return activity.
Items sent back that do not comply with this policy (including items not purchased from our store) will be donated and no refund will be issued.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
If you wish to receive a different item, please return your purchase for a refund or store credit and place a new order.
